Rental  Conditions

Your booking is binding as soon as we receive your signed rental agreement, which must be initialed on each page with your initials. You can return the contract by e-mail as a scanned PDF file

In addition, we need confirmation that the deposit of 25% of the total rental has been transferred to the bank account of the owner. Once the first payment is completed, you will receive a receipt by e-mail or by post. If you prefer, you can make an online booking via PayPal directly via our website. Simply click on 'Online booking' in the menu of the start page. The online booking page will guide you step by step how to proceed.

We will return your signed contract to you by e-mail as soon as it has been countersigned by the owners.

​

 

60 days before the start of your stay, a further payment of 25% of the total amount of the rental fee is required.

​

 

The balance is due at least 30 days before the start of the stay. In the event that the balance for a booked stay is not paid within the specified period, the stay is considered canceled.

​

 

About a week before your arrival, we will send you detailed directions and other necessary information, and will in any event remain in contact with you until your arrival.

​

 

Please, note that upon arrival a mandatory refundable cash security deposit of 700 €  must be left as a guarantee to replace any damages incurred during the stay.

​

 

At the end of your stay, a one-off cleaning fee of € 320 is payable in cash.
